I understand what you were trying to do with this pattern. However, I would neither wear it or want it on my walls. It's just too much, in my opinion.

thanks for the critiquing! i really appreciate it. i'm still very new with this, and i do agree...i did come out quite busy. once again, just trying to do something a little different and more original than the traditional N&A stuff, but it is important to keep in minde the product it will be used for.

There's something starting here I really like. Maybe refining it a little bit could make it really sing. I think one thing that might help it finding another photo like this of the girl that isn't so dark. So much is in shadow now. Just a suggestion, but I think this shows a lot of potential. Keep going!

i love how there seems to be such a mix of media in your pattern. or a variety of textures. i'm sure i'm not using the proper terminology...but i hope you understand what i'm saying? i like it.
